Alright. Scones don’t use yeast, but it’s still baking. I love to eat baked things for breakfast and scones are so easy to make!

Mix in candied ginger. I love the “Hello my name is” tags. I got the idea from Joy the Baker.

Roll or pat out to about 3/4 inch thick on a floured counter. If dough is sticky, add a little more flour but it should be soft and slightly tacky.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Cut into any shape you want! I did diamonds. pretty small too. About 2ish inches wide.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Bake at 450°F on parchment lined cookie sheet, for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Let cool a little and enjoy!
