I made this long ago with my friend Nicole. For some reason it didn’t rise at all, so they were little hard balls to eat.. oh wait. I’ll explain what monkey bread is!
Well I saw this in a couple of baking books and also with my friend. This is an American invention. Not sure why it’s called Monkey bread, maybe because you pull it apart with your hands. They are little bread balls dipped individually in butter, cinnamon, nuts and whatever else you want and placed in a bundt pan! Here’s a little more info.
Placed them in a bundt pan; I have myself a nice pretty copper one! Oh, you should grease it before but I actually forgot.. it came out fine though. I think with all the butter, it wasn’t too difficult to slide out. And build it up and up.
